In the event that your unworn, unwashed, regular priced garment purchased from does not meet your expectations, you may return it, postmarked within 5 days of the date you receive your package for credit to your original payment method or for exchange, less any shipping charges. We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item will be shipped at no cost to you via standard ground delivery.

If you are requesting an exchange for a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted with a return authorization. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your garment/s so we can review the return request prior to sending the item back. If you need to exchange your item for another color or size, please contact us first to make sure it's in stock, and to get it authorized.

We do not accept returns on garments that have been custom made or custom altered to fit your specific body sizing. NO EXCEPTIONS. We also do not accept returns on garments that were not purchased via this website. Ipseity reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.
